Dear Kun:
Doug and I have arrived home safely and are getting over jet lag. We wanted to let you know that all the travel arrangements you made for us worked very well. It was very reassuring to arrive at an airport and find a guide waiting with our name. Our guide in Laos , Douaxong Mansourl and the driver, Uom were an outstanding team for our entire journey in Laos . They were very quick to learn our photographic interests and anticipate where we might want to take pictures. Also, we appreciated the calm driving despite the many vehicles and animals that need to share the road. Due to their efforts we will always have fond memories of Laos despite some very rainy days. We hold them in high regard. Of our three guides in Vietnam , Phan Van Vinh (Danang) was likewise outstanding. We felt very comfortable taking with him about the American War. We found it very easy to relate to him because of his age and maturity. Please feel free to use our name as a reference as we felt your company did an excellent job. Thanks for all your efforts.
